more on taking off

we transit at the bangkok airport, and it's so cool. there's this stairs thingy connecting to the plane where we alighted from, and the thai air buses took us to the bangkok terminal.

i find it very cool lehz, but dar said it's just because i'm very sua gu. haha~

on the bangkok - new york flight, there was this naughty little girl sitting in front of ting.

she kept flipping the towel for the headrest over and blocked ting's tv screen. damn funny! wahahahaha~

the inflight personal entertainment centre (aka the tv) is pretty cool, has alot of new movies and has a touch screen. wasnt bored at all throughout the 17hrs' flight lorz. gdgd, flying by thai air was a gd choice. but the food realli sucks lahz.

during the flight, i asked the steward for 1 cup of ovaltine and 3 mars, and this is what he gave me...

-_- hahahaha~

view of the John F Kennedy Airport once we landed and were heading for the customs checkpoint. pretty empty as it was very early (635am).

the JFK Airport customs checkpoint. i only realised that photography is not allowed after i've taken the shots. oh well. haha~

there's alot of security guards there, and they looked very "well-fed". then again, after my 2 days stay here i conclude that the only skinny caucasians are those we saw on tv. the remaining are all overweight. serious!

those people who got their luggages searched really had their luggage turned upside down, all 3 of us were so lucky to have escaped the search man.

see see! this is how the JFK airport terminal 4 looks like! doesnt it resemble the scenes in The Terminal???

hor hor?? mayb not the same terminal, but definitely the same airport! cool~ haha~

these are photos taken while on the taxi frm the airport. really very US. the taxi fares is fixed rate, so the driver has incentives to use the shortest route.

but even so, our black driver seems to be repeatedly twisting and turning around in new york city. mayb he's trying to avoid the ERP also. hahaha~

oh the traffic in new york city is damn scary, even scarier than malaysia lorz. nearly had a heart attack. haha~

this is the view from the NJ Transit bus that we took from new york city to atlantic city. i thought hong would love this kind of scenary. so tis is for u, hong! LoL~

this is the place where we transferred bus, atlantic city bus terminal. atlantic city looks like a very shop-able place and it's very near where i live, shall go visit it asap! hee~

oh we met 3 very nice singaporeans at the bus terminal. those guyz were also on their way to morey's piers for the work and travel program, just like us. they voluntarily helped us carry our super heavy luggage up the bus lehz, soooo nice.

we took about 7hrs just to make our way from the airport to where our employee apartment is lorz, so u can gauge how big tat bloody country is.

ok that is it for now, very tired. been busy since i got here, so many activities. just now we went to our amusement park to play, fun! more updates later!
